I had a talk with most of you  personally about the postponement of our election. Per our conversation,  I have drafted a notice to be dispatched soon. Upon your approval,  it will go in public ASAP. Feel free to make necessary correction in  the sample notice given below.

INLS Maryland Chapter Election Postponement

Dear all,

The INLS election and poetry festival scheduled for Sunday March 13th, 2011 at Wood brook Baptist Church, 25 Stevenson Lane, Baltimore, MD 21212 has been postponed until June 26th, 2011 due to unexpected conflicting schedule with other local social organizations. The new venue and amended election timeline and programs for the latter date will be announced by the Election committee soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience created by our decision .
