Dear all,
Nice meeting you all the day before yesterday at my home. The meeting was really productive. We have decided to invite Dr. DP Bhandari as a chief guest. Once I get confirmation from Gautam jee, I will send invitation letter to him. I have already started sending invitation letter officially. The sample is attached herewith. Please feel free to send invitation letter to our well wishers. Make ensure you do not write a guest on first line. Please let us know the name of people whom you send. invitation. It would help us to track people whom we send and make sure the same person does not receive two times.
Additionally, I have started calling people personally. Please please call people personally to ensure that we have at least 60 people present.
