Worked as Senior Consultant at PwC, Fannie Mae, The Marriott International, USA Today. Two times winner of “Jewell Award” at USA Today (2006) and Winner of Highest Award given to employees “Commissioner’s Award” by the Department of Treasury (2015). Active CPA Membership in Commonwealth of Virginia, and Microsoft Certified DBA (MCDBA). He is the founding President of SEBS-North America, a not for profit high school alumni organization whose team members channeled half million dollars together with other partners for relief and reconstruction effort in Nepal since 2015.
Statement of Interest: Ron Sitoula believes in Civic Engagement. He believe Nepalis Organization in USA should be doing more to be involved in local civic engagement activities including participation in local politics. He wants to see parents take their kids to town hall and start joining hands with other Asia Pacific organizations to make the voice of Asian America stronger in USA. Earlier this year, he visited Nepal to observe phase I of the local election. He is working with Nepalese and Friends Association (NAFA), Arizona to build a library in Kavre. Later this year he is planning to lead an expert delegation from USA to assist newly elected local leaders in Nepal.
Christine Chen is the founding executive director of APIAVote from 2006 to 2008, and returned to APIAVote in January 2011 to serve as its current Executive Director. Chen served from 2001 to 2005 as national executive director of the Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA).
