Spanish Lessons
Jill (Clive the barmans mum and English teacher of many years) has agreed to hold Spanish lessons at El Romeral on Wednesdays in the bar from 11am. Interested parties please contact me directly - tell your friends too!
11-12am Beginners
12.15-1.15pm Intermediate/Advanced
bookings are for 4 weeks blocks and are 5 Euros per lesson. Coffee and Croissant is included in the price (or carajillo/tercio/brandy instead!), so it's going to be 20 Eur per block. Handouts and printed materials included. We need a minimum of 10 people over both hours to get it going, so come on , if you dont know your años from your anos, here's your chance!.
Lessons start Wed 30th.

Dart Board
Finally! It's up!
just need to fit a spotlight on top, but otherwise it's in. Anyone know where the rubber mat went? Can't find it anywhere.
Anyone wanting to get a darts night/league thing going, please get in touch.

Pool.
Jeez, it's big. We're doing the re-grouting this week and will be filling it when it's done. Anyone bored wanting to lend a hand grouting will get free beer. Apparently it's a huge job, so offers of assistance greatly appreciated.

New Barbeque
fish and meats "a la brasa" will be coming in the next few days. We will be testing the new barbeque on friends and family to see if it's all working first. Fingers crossed.

Jo (wife)
is doing well in the UK following her operation. She sends her regards to you all and should be back here on May 14th or thereabouts, subject to getting the all clear from the surgeon.

Kitchen ( and cook)
We're currently hamstrung without a new cook and Jo not here - we've got through 5 in 3 months for a variety of reasons, but we do have someone in mind PLUS we're getting loads of new kitchen equipment in for the end of the first week in May. At last! Otherwise, weekends we're open for full restaurant reservations as usual, plus of course special events are catered for as normal.
