Long Beach motorcycle show

Wife and I took the Metro Link to LA and then the Metro Red and Blue lines to Long Beach, not a bad way to travel and you get to see the best parts of So Cal, ha ha.
Show was good, lots to see and a lot of walking, good exercise.

Very nice pictures Jerry....how much did the trip cost total? I still want to try that.
 
Who's up for going down to LA with me and get dinner or something just for the heck of it?

I took my brother in April to downtown LA on the metro. Kinda fun actually. No stress, just relaxed. 

I'm in.  Let me know when. Some good places to eat downtown. Some interesting shopping as well!

It only cost us $20.00 total round trip and that included the light rail to Long Beach and back too. We got a weekend pass whcih is $10.00 each for all adults so that is a really good deal. I'm up for another train ride just about any time and Olvera St is a short walk from Union Station, good food.

So in looking at the website I was surprised that you can get a $10 weekend pass that allows you to ride anywhere and as many times you want for $10 from 7pm Friday night through Sunday! That applies to the lines that have weekend service and not all lines.
