First ride of 2014!!!

First 2014 RAT ride for Triumph owners on Sunday March 30th! It's been too long since we went on a good ride so hopefully we see YOU!

Meet us at Douglas Motorcycles on Sunday Morning. We will LEAVE here at 8:30 so plan on getting here before that with your bike gassed up. We will be riding to Joshua Tree for a 50 mile loop and then on to lunch in Pioneer Town. This loop should not hit any dirt roads according to the latest road construction info for the park. The total ride should get us back to San Bernardino around 4 or 5pm. It's a pretty long day but we will stop plenty.

Woohoo! I'm off work that day! If you'll be coming across the 10 through beaumont, I can tack on at the cherry valley blvd exit or a gas stop in banning if one is planned.

Hey Art- looks like I'm going to have Sunday off, so I will see you guys at the shop @ 8:30. I'm going to try and bring a friend and fellow Brit Iron Rebel along with me. He lives in Upland as well. His name is Phil, and he's a great guy, and a hell of a rider. He just bought a '13 Thruxton, but he's also got a 66' Norton Atlas, a '71 Bonneville and a '75(?) BMW R90s. He's a former racer and factory trained mechanic. (I'm assuming he will be riding the Thruxton. We don't want oil all over the road....:) Looking forward to riding with IE Rat. See you guys Sunday.

I was told last night that he has a broken rib, punctured lung and a brain hemorrhage but they think he will recover completely. They are keeping him in the hospital for observation. His bike is totaled but he's already saying now he has the chance to buy a Rocket III!

He's a tough one
