Ride on Sunday, July 28

The LA/OC riders' group on TriumphRat.Net is planning a ride to Mount Palomar on Sunday, 7/28. The general meetup point will be at the Shell station off I-15 at Rt. 79. Take the exit for 79 east "Temecula Parkway", go right at the end of the ramp, Shell station is straight thru next light. We will leave from there at about 9:00 a.m.

For those, like me, coming from north of there on I-15, we will meet up at the Mobil station at the Cajalco Road exit on I-15 at 8:00 a.m.

Everyone is welcome to ride, whatever kind of bike you are on. Hope to see some of this group there.

LOL, okay I'm a punk I guess. However when any of you old folks want to
go out and ride on a 35 degree day riding at 65mph which will make the
true temperature 1degree Fahrenheit, let me know; because I ride more
often in the cold than the heat. ;)

Anyways. On this particular ride I'm feeling like ditching those damned
luggage bags and tank bag and just riding as me and bike! All too often
do have to have the luggage on to carry something or provide a backrest
to a certain significant other. :P I miss just riding as me, my armor,
and my bike!

Lunch is definitely planned; the location has not yet been settled, although there is talk of eating somewhere in or around Julian, followed by pie in Julian.
