Good morning,
My name is Shawny Lewis and I will be helping Kim Terry with the exhibitor portion of our 8th
Annual Auto Club Speedway STEM Day. This event will take place at the Auto Club Speedway on Friday, March 24, 2017.
The Auto Club Speedway, the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools’ Alliance for Education, and collaborating partners will be holding this event from
8:00 am to 1:30 pm. Students will have time at the exhibits intermittently 8-9 am then 10am - 1:30 pm.
For additional background information about the event see the attached “ACS 2017 Information” sheet.
The Alliance for Education is eager to secure the commitment of exciting exhibitors so that we can ensure the event is successful. Time commitment would be 7 am - 1:30 pm. Ideal exhibits would have something for students to see, do, experience, and/or take
away that is STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and/or motorsports related.
If you are interested and available, please respond to this email ASAP, with your commitment to participate. Please see attached Exhibitor General Information Sheet for additional exhibitor details.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be participating.
Also, please let me know if you have any questions or need any clarification.
I look forward to your participation.
Thanks,
Shawny

Would this be considered an event to "unbag" our robot, if the practice bot is not finished by then?

However, if we got a coalition together with just a few students from each team and took turns unbagging our robot for display, it would work.

Based on the description in the blue box of a suggested 4 hour limit, I don't think this would be an allowed unbagging.
