Gluing the laminated kerfing

Somewhere below the clamps is the merging glued up.

3 layers. Thickness 5.7mm.  40 mm wide to be sliced to two kerfs about 12mm tall.

Ok forgot to mention I use a thin 2mm shim to represent the sides thickness.  The shim has poly tejp the make it release from glue.

I used 1/16" thick HDPE I got off Amazon.  Not quite 2mm thick but it seems to work ok. Tap plastics and US plastics are a couple other sources.
