Folk Fest 2026

I got the application for Folk Fest this year. There are a lot of new applicants, so the sooner we get the app in the better.

Who is interested in sharing table space this year? We have been getting 3 tables for showing instruments, but have not had a dedicated table for promoting the club for a couple years. Thoughts, suggestions, those wanting to partake, please speak up.

I would like to participate again this year and would like to include a couple of Pats Guitars too. I would pay for two tables if we want to step up to 4 tables.

We are so tight on the room as it is, I just don't know where I would put you if you expanded. I fear it would have to be in the cafeteria, and not where your customers are accustomed to find you.
We are trying to get some "new blood" for vendors, so we will have to wait and see how many apply.
At this point, I will have to say "no". Please send an application as usual, and we will leave the possibility slightly open once I have a head count.

We had 3 8-foot tables last year.

Also, tonight is the monthly meeting.

I will not make it tonight. As far as the tables go, what we have done in the past has always worked. If more people participate, we will have to coordinate what we all bring to work in the space. I am fine with bringing fewer instruments or taking a year off for others to participate. Marc, thank you for coordinating.

No problem. We'll make 3 tables work. Should be plenty of room for all that want to partake. I only plan on bring 3 instruments at most. I will get back to everyone with the total cost for the tables.
