Hi All,

I would like to let you know that we have a new plugin available in the RAVEN environment.

The name of the plugin is FARM and it has been developed as a part of ANL-INL collaboration and it is released by ANL.

I stole the description form the github repository (https://github.com/Argonne-National-Laboratory/FARM):

“Feasible Actuator Range Modifier (FARM) is a RAVEN (https://github.com/idaholab/raven) plugin designed to solve the supervisory control problem in Integrated Energy System (IES) project. FARM utilizes the linear state-space representation (A,B,C matrices) of a model to predict the system state and output in the future time steps, and adjust the actuation variable to avoid the violation of implicit thermal mechanical constraints.”

I would like to thanks to the authors (Haoyu Wang, Roberto Ponciroli, and Andrea Aflonsi) and I am glad that the capabilities of the RAVEN ecosystem is growing.

Best Regards

Cristian
