respected sir
I am Inkeshaf alam a frustrated customer of Reliance GSM (GSM No- 8882026951) service since last 8 months.

On yesterday  Rs. 26  has been auto deducted from my balance for 1 Paisa SMS Pack. But I had already did with an easy recharge of Rs. 26.i called customer care today and that is such second  bad experience with reliance GSM services.
first time i did a easy recharge of Rs. 79 and they told me that amount was collapsd.and now again they told me the same.
dear sir the question is:-
1-why and how any customers money be collapsed.
2-Who is giving authority to you to deduct money from customers account with our any approval from end customer side.
3- from which rule of TRAI this collapse was done.

I called tow  times today they hanged me at waiting for long 34 mnt   customer care was unable to solve the problem.they refuse to write my complain just passing the call to one person to another.
kindly provide me with some appropriate decision so that the problem get solved and i can get the recovery for my complete lost amount of money.




and also give me the reason why should i don't go to consumer  Cort for the same because this is not only mine problem but thousands of customers suffers of this unlawful rule of collapse of money.

So I am Requesting you to look on this matter and resolve the problems.
