recentlyI updated my windows 10 to windows 11. after that my download speed is suddenly decreased my actual internet speed is 25mbps when I check on the speed test also its showing 25mbps but while downloading on chrome or on Microsoft edge it'll be decreased to around 200kbps and even youtube is also the same. I tried resetting the network adapter. please give me some solution.

Have you found a resolution yet? I have the same issue (occurs both over wired and wireless connections). If I reinstall NIC drivers, speed is restored, but by the next day it has dropped from 170 Mbps to only 10. Each time I reinstall the NIC driver, the internet speed is restored but never lasts.

@anupbadri Trıed all solution in this entry. Finally find it. If you ever faced with same issue and could not fixed it I hope this will work. I just turned off Bluetooth. And now it works like charm.

@bryandav1965 This was a huge help. Same story as a lot of folks, upgraded from 10 to 11, have 1 Gig internet, was only getting around 30 m down. Used TCP Optimizer, got my speeds back. Annoying bug for sure. Appreciate your insight

Well, did a clean install of Windows 11 and my speeds dramatically improved to over 200 Mbps. But the slowdown reoccurs requiring me to go into device manager, delete the NIC driver, and reinstalling it. I've gotten it down to a science now and it only takes a few seconds but its still a pain in the arse. Microsoft needs to fix this.

@svhelden in my case it does not matter if I have plugged supply or change device power plan, this happen even if I have all set into performance mode. This issue is 100% related to Windows 11 or USB ethernet cards drivers ( funny that with chipsets from Realtek and ASIX is the same problem ). If I run test with Linux USB bootable speeds are awesome with that USB cards... easy & stable over 40-50 MB/s from Internet, normally it starts around 15 MB/s and drops to 4-5 MB/s.

Hi, working from home today, I can start to listen more to the unit (Rosanna with 10MHz reference clock). The reference clock use is a CyberShaft OP21A-D also reclocking my DAC, Diretta host, switches.

The unit ran for 2 days with Roon radio in a standard connection (Ethernet on the right port looking from the back of the product) and usb on a usb3 port.

@AfterDark. would it be possible to have internal picture of the Rosanna and you can tell us more what are the boards and what kind of job has been done by Afterdark ?

Any recommendation concerning the USB port to use : i understood that @begastor is using the vertical one instead of the USB 3 horizontal ones (did nod give a try from my side)

As mentioned in a previous post by Afterdark, in order to make it run also on your Devialet Phantom, you need a DCC to convert the usb output of the Rosanna into a input the Devialet accept like SPDIF or TOSLINK.

The diretta rosanna is plug en play. Can i change the settings for Roon, Hq player and diretta just with my ipad like i do now with Roon on a NUC?

For my devialets i think i will go for an other dac or a good DCC to convert spdif or toslink

how can I install and use all this on an ipad or has adrian already installed all of that and can i change all settings via Roon as now with my ipad.? also for HQ player and diretta?

sorry for my stupid questions

After install the Diretta ASIO software, the Rosanna Diretta Network Bridge will becomes a Roon endpoint player, so after adding a USB DDC such as Gustard U18 or Mutec MC3+USB. This DDC can convert the digital signal to Optical Toslink for connecting the Devialets. The music can play via Roon with Ipad.

For best sounding, audiophiles is recommended to use USB 2.0 - a vertical one in white colour, USB2.0 generally run a lower frequency, which means it will be less noise when compared to USB3.0.

From time to time, we explore the tweaks and optimised the hardwares in the motherboard of Diretta. This including applying the EMI protector material on Lan and USB port and provide the anti-vibration and ground plate with Carbon Fiber.

We shall give you more details on how we enhance performance with additional AfterDark. BLACKICE ground box to connect at the back of Rosanna Diretta Network Bridge. This can improves sounding with direct grounding on digital sections on the motherboard with single point grounding point with external ground box. This grounding technology is called AfterDark. Project ClayX AudiophileMAT Digital Grounding.

....If you are owning a NUC under windows, so just follow the recommendations of @AfterDark.by installing the ASIO driver on your NUC running windows and diretta driver, buy a Rosanna and a dcc and it will work fine.

I tested many different configuration with another network adapter, new cables and all USB outputs. I also tested with a shared network configuration on the @Patatorz site, link below:

-diretta-what-piece-of-hardware-you-need-and-how-to-setup-the-configuration/.

I also tested on an old SPL audio Crimson audio interface and also on my Luxury & Precision W2 portable DAC (which the one does not turn on when connected to the Diretta device). Regardless of the DAC, I always only have AUTO showing in the Diretta ASIO app.

- the easiest one : connect the Ethernet cable coming from your host to the Ethernet port closest to the usb port where you mentioned DAC@ on your picture. In this case everything should work fine and the asio driver should detect your rosanna

- you want to use the sfp port : you need to keep in mind that the sfp port and the Ethernet port close to the sfp are belonging to the same board. To enable the sfp port you need to connect the 2 Ethernet ports of the Rosanna with the small blue Ethernet cable in the package. When it is done you need to connect the sfp port to the host. In this case 1/ you need a sfp port on your host through a dedicated board or 2/ you can use a sfp/Ethernet adaptor like this one :

- if you have a switch and an Ethernet cable long enough, you can connect your Rosanna (the right Ethernet port when you are looking the backplate of the Rosanna) to the switch and let us know if some leds of the Ethernet port on the switch are blinking. You can check if the connection is well established in windows.

- keeping the setup you are trying, the Rosanna directly linked to your usb/Ethernet adaptor on the host, un plugged the 5V and relaunch your 5V and power on your Rosanna. Have a look to the LEDs on your usb adaptor and let us know if blinking but also to the windows Ethernet configuration and if you see the connection trying to be established. You can use this link ( -diretta-what-piece-of-hardware-you-need-and-how-to-setup-the-configuration-2/) to help to setup your windows setup including ipv6. Note that if you are using software like AudioPhile Optimizer, this one is disabling the ipv6 and you need to activate again like in the link.

I am very happy with my Rosanna with its Masterclock input. even more since I connected it with fiber. What silence!! are you making an SFP card with a Masterclock input? can you give me some info on this? THANKS
