In most cases, Yahoo! Mail downloads the message_zdm.html attachment and displays it below the message body. To read your secure message with Yahoo! Mail, click or tap Click to Read Message within the inline attachment. If a warning message displays, stating that you are about to send information to someone other than Yahoo, click OK to dismiss the message. A new browser window displays, where you can sign in and read your message.
In some cases, the inline attachment does not display correctly or the Click to Read Message button does not work. If this occurs, use the following procedure to read a secure message with Yahoo! Mail:

When a secure message is sent to you, you are notified by email. The notification will contain a link to the secure message with an expiration date. There will also be an attachment called SecureMessageAtt.html.
If this is the first time you are receiving a secure message, you will be prompted to register with Proofpoint Encryption. Otherwise, you will be prompted to log in to Proofpoint Encryption. Select the Click to read message button.
When you receive a secure message, the notification contains a link that you can click to read the secure message on your mobile device. The link and the attachment in the notification are valid for 30 days. Some mobile devices cannot download files while others modify HTML files. Since your secure message is sent to you as an HTML attachment, you may not be able to read it on your mobile device after 30 days.

I see your valid points but I am not sure if I explained myself correctly from the push back. The email itself is not secure and it's plain text, the purpose of the plain email is for the recipient to access a secure message by opening an html file attached to the plain text email.
Now there are other secure email vendors which already contain the instructions in the body of the email so it doesn't get blocked due to an html attachment. So why can't o365 have the same way of sending secure emails instead of using an html attachment with instructions. For companies that block html attachments or don't whitelist sender domains for obvious risk issues why would this be their (o365) choice of sending instructions on retrieving a secure email, place the instructions in the body. How would you configure your spam solution in order to allow such emails? Would you feel comfortable allowing http attachments or whitelisting a domain?
