Hello, You are right about the many types of tubing. It all depends
on how hot your mold water is and how long you expect the tubing to
last. Sometimes I use clear PVC tubing so I can inject red dye into
the inlet for the mold water, then see how long it takes to reach the
return line, also whether the red dye is flowing as a laminar flow or
a turbulent flow. Good for teaching water circulation principals.
