Release 0.2?

So, at this point I think we're ready for 0.2. Do you want to check
the RPM once again, since I tinkered with the spec file and Makefile?
I tested it on my desktop (FC6) and it seemed fine, but I'm not an RPM expert.

Look fine to me, please release a tarball on the project site, then i
will start the process of getting it included in fedora.
