Acquired by Paragon in mid-2017, this value-add asset is currently home to the Morales Group; Kauffman Eye Care; and Ready, Step, Grow. Like other acquisitions, Paragon believes value can be added to the bottom line through more hands-on tenant relations, building and property management, maintenance, and leasing efforts. Decades of experience in development, construction, and management give Paragon a keen eye to the little details that add value to an asset.


Acquired in May of 2021 as part of another 1031 exchange, this 6,760 s.f. single tenant building was originally built in 1999 specifically for Advance Auto. A Paragon partnership owns this property and Paragon Realty maintains the building, property grounds, and all accounting for the property.


Home to MCL Window Coverings for many years, this property was acquired by Braden Business Systems (BBS) in late 2016 due to its need for warehouse space. BBS demised the building in 2017, then leased back approximately 14,000 s.f. back to MCL. Inherent Construction made Braden Technology its new corporate headquarters in mid-2023. Paragon was selected to manage all facets of the property management, including tenant relationships, accounting, and property and building maintenance.


Home to Calderon Textiles and located in the Indianapolis Park 100 area, this property was renovated and expanded in 2022. Paragon assisted with development and construction and was selected to manage all facets of property management, including tenant relationships, accounting, and property and building maintenance.


Built in 2000 by Paragon and owned by a Paragon partnership, this busy office and retail complex is in the bustling business district of northeast Indianapolis. Tenants served include Sharp Business Systems, Nova Medical Centers, Woodcraft, KESI Management, and Rubicon Food. For more than 15 years, this location was the corporate headquarters for Paragon. Paragon sold this asset in December of 2020 but continues to provide full-service property management for the new owner.


Georgetown Plaza was a value-add opportunity Acquisition in December of 2019. The property had been in bankruptcy and receivership since 2012. It was approximately 65% Occupied at the time Paragon purchased the Property. Paragon has invested over $750,000 in the Property since acquisition because of the large amount of deferred maintenance and Capital Expenditures needed. Believing in the changing area demographics, Paragon expanded upon and cultivated a diverse mix of local and national tenants within the Center. The shopping center is 96% occupied, completely renovated, and a bustling center that truly represents the diversity in the area.


Paragon Brokered the Sale of the business and Real Estate associated with the approximately 40-year-old Allisonville Nursery business. Paragon served as an Owners Representative and Broker to help the Owner of Allisonville Nursery perform a 1031 Exchange into a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate properties that would serve them through retirement including this Property. Paragon Manages this and another property on behalf of the Allisonville Nursery Owner.


Paragon developed this mixed-use neighborhood center in 2018. The project began with the demolition of two existing buildings in late 2017 and included a portion of the Town of Brownsburg Park property. Paragon utilized its expertise in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to come alongside the Town of Brownsburg to further the growth of the Downtown area with a High-End Development adding office and retail space to the market. Current Tenants include Regus Coworking Offices, Bru Burger Bar, Noble Romans Craft Pizza & Pub, Thai District, Everbowl, and Mary & Martha Home Accents.


This 20,000 s.f. building was speculatively developed and constructed by Paragon and a partner in 2000. It soon became the home of a multi-national telecommunications company using communication switching equipment. In this unique and confidential Landlord/Tenant relationship, Paragon is not involved in the day-to-day management of this property. The tenant continues to occupy the space to this day.


This Meijer-anchored retail center was developed by Paragon in 2005. Home to Anytime Fitness and Subway for over 10 years, other tenants also include Verizon Wireless, Athletico, Wingstop, Bank of America, and VIP Nails. Paragon sold this asset in 2017 but continues to manage all aspects of the property for the new owner.


This property contains 24+/-acres of ground located in Cumberland, IN. Paragon acquired this in 2005. It is currently available for sale, but Paragon hopes to develop this as a mixed-use development with the town of Cumberland.


Acquired in the Spring of 2021 as part of a 1031 exchange, this 12,981 s.f. single tenant building was built in 2008 specifically for Dollar General. A Paragon partnership owns this property and Paragon Realty maintains the building, property grounds, and all accounting for the property.
