I also am still using version 9 of Nitro Pro, but just received an email saying that I should at least update my current version to avoid potential re-activation issues. I downloaded the update, but it is called nitro_pro12.exe. If I am understanding the conversation above, I would be using version 12 from this point on. Questions:
