Iturned my TCL roku t.v. on and all the icons for my channels and such are gone... we can only get channels by searching or using the few direct buttons we have on the remote. I can't find anything about it online does anyone know what happened or what to do?

My next suggestion would have been to restart the router - so much for that. If you have other network equipment involved like a "gateway" or modem you might want to try restarting them as well. I think the "no channels" problem has to do with an Internet connection issue, but that's based on my being able to replicate the problem sometimes by disconnecting the Ethernet cable to my Ultra and rebooting it. It's not a solution, but if you have an alternate network available like your phone's hotspot try connecting to that to see what happens. If the channels on your Home Screen return then that would confirm that it's some kind of network problem.

To resolve the missing home screen channels on your TCL Roku TV, start by restarting the TV and checking for system updates. you can also consider a factory reset or manually reinstalling channels from the Roku Channel Store. I have solved a lot of my problems simply with these steps.

Has there been any progress on this topic? I purchased a Acer Nitro 5 and after getting everything setup (installing all latest drivers for intel and Nvidia) I now have the issue that if I watch a video on my laptop (Youtube, Netflix) I get a stutter every few seconds. If I plug a hdmi cable in and watch that same video on the screen plugged(in the browser) in then the amount of time it stutters is twice as long. This is really something I would think needs to be resolved if we have thousands of people using laptops with intel/Nvidia cards on the laptops. I have tried to use the fix with no difference in performance. Has anyone found another solution? I would be happy to try just about anything.

The GPU on the laptop is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. I am not sure if the model you found on the manufacturer is the exact same one I have. Ill add a link below from the shop where I purchased it.

I had some difficulty when trying to install the drivers you mentioned above. It looks like the laptop tried to install the drivers for the main graphics card so it said "drivers not compatible with your laptop".

In short: I updated from Windows home to Windows professional. I also uninstalled the Intel UHD Graphics 630 drivers in the add remove programs and then opened the device manager -> right clicked on the intel graphics device -> searched online for latest drivers. It downloaded and installed the latest drivers and it looks like it solved my problem.

I'm having trouble streaming videos online (i.e youtube, tv, vimeo etc). Every few seconds the sound will give a buffering sound. The picture is fine the entire time. I've updated all the drivers, tried changing the sound to 16 bits, 440000Hz, updated flash, silverlight etc. I've also tried several web browsers such as IE, firefox and chrome.

I've found a solution that is far from ideal, but if i deactivate the Realtek High Definition Audio, restarts the computer and then reactivates the Realtek High Definition Audio, the buffering sound disappears. Unfortunatly the buffering sound returns the next time i restart the computer.

1. Right click the Speaker icon in the bottom right corner by your time.

2. Click Playback Devices.

3. Click Speakers/Headphones.

4. Click Properties.

5. Click the Advanced tab on the Properties window.

6. Change the Default Format drop-down to the highest quality.

7. Apply the properties.

8. Click OK to close the properties window.

9. Click OK to close the Playback Devices.

I would be happy to assist if needed as there are many models of HP Notebooks, I would need the model number.

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

Please let me know.

First, the case for the defence. According to research published on Statista, the average US adult is projected to spend just shy of two and a half hours watching traditional TV each day by 2025, compared to four hours spent online. If advertising is about putting your brand in front of its audience, that audience is statistically far more likely to be online than anywhere else.

Netflix is easy to use when on the go or traveling. Use Netflix as usual to watch on your portable devices - like a tablet, laptop, or mobile phone - or sign into a new TV, like at a hotel or a holiday rental.

From the main place you watch Netflix, connect to the internet, open the Netflix app or go to Netflix.com on a web browser on your portable device once a month, and stream a TV show or movie for a few seconds to establish a connection.

If you are traveling to a country outside of the European Union, your available choices may be different. For countries within the European Union, we provide the same content as your home country for a limited period of time. Also, My List and Continue Watching titles may not be available.

Savor the moment. Look around the arena, and in this one, see the numbers hanging from the rafters. Maybe dream about yours hanging somewhere someday. Take a deep breath, snap back to the present and call out your assignment. Take your spot on the floor, wait for the whistle to blow, and officially begin your NBA career. Three-point-nine seconds are left on the clock.

It is Jan. 25, 2010, and, headlined by Baron Davis, Marcus Camby and Chris Kaman, the Clippers are 20-23, four games out of the Western Conference's No. 8 seed. DeAndre Jordan is in his second year. They're one year away from Blake Griffin's debut, two years away from Lob City.

The Celtics are 28-13 and the juggernaut of the Eastern Conference -- led by Rajon Rondo, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett -- that would go on to lose in seven games to Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals.

Wearing No. 44, he jogs onto the court. He's guarding Rondo, who maneuvers toward the baseline under the basket. The Celtics inbound, Pierce swings the ball to Allen who takes a couple dribbles into the paint. Rondo drifts a few steps to his left to clear the way for Allen's drive. Curry stays next to him. Allen loses the handle on the ball and can't get his shot up before the buzzer sounds. Curry is still there, right next to his man.

"It was the quickest four seconds ever," Curry said after the game. "I wish it would've lasted longer. Being out there, I just felt like a regular person, felt like a regular basketball player. I felt like I was home, like this is where I belong."

He didn't take a shot. He didn't grab a rebound. He didn't touch the ball. According to Basketball Reference, there have been nine players who have appeared in only one career game and played a minute or less. None played less than Curry's 3.9 seconds.

Curry talks fast and bounces around topics at hyperspeed. He reads everything, and like a living college paper he cites each randomly dropped quote midflow. Something from T. Harv Eker's "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" here, or Napoleon Hill's "Laws of Success in Sixteen Lessons" there. Curry's mind hums non-stop.

That kind of optimistic perspective wasn't always there. There was once a feeling of shame and embarrassment about where he'd been and what he'd done. His dream had betrayed him, turning a chosen one to a cheap piece of trivia immortalized on YouTube.

A BASKETBALL PRODIGY at Eastern Alamance High School in Mebane, North Carolina, Curry was the kind of talent that seemed chosen by a higher power, destined for greatness: a pure jumper, a tight handle and a feel for the game that's gifted and never learned.

He stood toe-to-toe with other top players from the state, including Chris Paul, whom Curry outshone at the 2002 Hampton Five Star Camp (The "yo-yo dribble" CP3 does to perfection? Curry claims he taught him that at the camp, though Curry gives original credit to streetball legend and former NBA veteran Rafer Alston, who taught him.)

Curry was becoming a state scoring legend. With Lawrence "Cotton" Clayton in the house, the former state all-time scorer, Curry dropped 65 points against Western Alamance in January, then 54 against High Points Andrews five days later.

On the night of Feb. 3, 2004, in a packed gym against crosstown rival Graham, Curry erupted for 47 points, adding to his then-state-record total of 3,307 career points -- more than Michael Jordan, David Thompson and James Worthy (Curry's record was broken by Chicago Bulls rookie Coby White in 2016). The Eagles were undefeated in conference and were hosting Northwood in a couple days.

While he was lighting up the Red Devils, law enforcement officials were prepping a warrant for Curry's arrest; he was one of 60 students from six different high schools in the Alamance-Burlington district arrested as part of a drug sting. Three of his teammates were also arrested.

Curry had been caught selling marijuana to an undercover police officer, who was posing as a student and had a hidden camera in the strap of a backpack -- two deals in the fall, one in the bathroom after first period and another in the parking lot three weeks later. His total take was $95.

On May 5, 2004, three months after his arrest and 20 days before his graduation from an alternative school in the area, he committed to Oklahoma State, picking it over Memphis and Cincinnati. Curry made the most of his second chance.

His freshman year, in 2004-05, he sparked a run in Madison Square Garden in a win against No. 4 Syracuse. Dick Vitale called him a Diaper Dandy. The Cowboys won the Big 12 and reached the Sweet 16. The Tar Heels won the title.
