These timetables include basic schedules as well as NJ TRANSIT connecting services (e.g., Secaucus, Princeton shuttle) ONLY. For connecting services involving other agencies (e.g., PATH, New York Waterway) and for complete fare and service information, please view the complete timetables HERE or obtain a timetable at any NJ TRANSIT Customer Service Office.

A few weeks before the start of each semester, you will then be allocated a personal timetable for the semester based on the units of study you've successfully enrolled in. For most students, you'll be able to log in to access this in Sydney Timetable.

For example, many OLE units are delivered online for you to take at your own pace. If you don't see an OLE unit on your timetable, check the unit outline to see how it's delivered. Check the weekly schedule section to see if there are any attendance requirements.

In your timetable you can also click on the venue hyperlink to access information on the accessibility of each venue, including details on accessible equipment, hearing augmentation/visual impairment support and building features such as wheelchair accessible entrances, bathrooms and lifts available.

For details of the availability of advance fares, visit the advance ticket availability information here. If your pre-booked journey is changed, for example the time is amended, then you can either continue to travel on the revised timetable or apply for a refund.

Journey planners are showing the service we are currently running, so plan ahead by using our journey planner. For a summary of the key changes for this timetable and to view our downloadable timetables, please see below.

The academic timetable lists classes offered in a particular term. You will use it to choose classes, create your schedule and determine where your classes are being held and who is teaching them.

You can view the timetable by both term and subject. For example, if you are planning to take an English class in the Fall term, you would select the Fall term from the top of the page, and then select English from the subject listing menu. This will display all of the English classes being offered in the Fall term.

Some teaching events are set up for both online and on campus events and your personal timetable will show both a room number and zoom code link. You are expected to attend the teaching event on campus.

You can check your departmental timetable to check that all the modules you are enrolled on are showing on your personal timetable. If you have any missing teaching on your timetable and the teaching event is in less than a week, please let your department know.

If you've changed modules/courses and your timetable is still showing the old modules, it can take up to 72 hours for the new modules to show on your timetable. The system updates at 10pm in the evening.

Your departmental timetable provides information for all modules and the times, days and weeks that associated teaching events are scheduled. You can use this timetable to see when teaching is scheduled while you are waiting for your personal timetable to be updated.

The University week-by-week calendar shows the timetable week numbers and corresponding dates. It also gives an overview of the dates for the autumn, spring and summer terms, vacation periods, bank holidays in England and welcome week.

The Timetabling and Room Booking Team aims to produce an equitable and workable timetable, designed to meet defined constraints, including optionality within courses, and the availability of appropriate teaching rooms and facilities.

CMIS Go should be your first point of reference for checking your timetable, however you can subscribe your timetable via Google Calendar and add it as a secondary calendar. For instructions go to the Moodle page

If you have problems with your timetable, or it's incorrect, check with the MyPort Information Hub that you're registered for the correct modules and the correct amount of credits in the Student Records system. The MyPort Hub will work with the central timetabling unit to investigate further.
