As we begin our strategic planning process we want to ask you to let us know what you think we should be work on.  We understand that not everyone can make it meetings but your opinions and recommendations are valuable and we want to include them as plan our future work.

 

Attached you will find a members feedback worksheet.  THE WORKSHEET IS IS SPANISH AND ENGLISH.  Please free free to share with other stakeholders (particularly parents and students) who are not on this e-list.  You can fax, email, or send your responses in.
