January 8th CLEG meeting

On January 8th, the CLEG planning team held their first meeting of the year to discuss CLEG's future and previous successess and challenges. 

 

The meeting began with a Coalition Assessment activity where members identified CLEG's accomplishments, challenges and key stakeholders that could help CLEG move forward with their upcoming projects.

 

After, the members reviewed their priorities for the past 3 years and determined that while they were all important that maybe it was time to survey the community to see if CLEG should continue to work with those priorities or move on to other more pressing ones.

 

Last, members agreed to table the discussion on CLEG's future until the next meeting to get feedback from the absent planning team members and to be able to review with more time the work that is still pending for CLEG.

 

The next CLEG meeting will be held at the Jordan Boys & Girls Club in Chelsea on January 16th from 11a.m.-1p.m.
