Dear reader,

The April 2011 issue of Pragati was published yesterday, 14th April. We are using a different, newsletter-style format to alert you on the publication and contents of new issues. You should have received an email from "The Takshashila Institution" informing you of the availability of the April 2011 issue. [It looks like this]. Due to some minor teething problems at our end the subject line just said "Issue" causing some of you to suspect that it was spam.
