NitinGupta has obtained Bachelor of Technology in Fashion & Apparel Engineering and Master of Technology in Textile Chemistry from The Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences, Bhiwani. He has conducted number of workshops sponsored by industries and department of science & technology, Delhi. He has number of publications in national & international journals/books of repute like springer. He has also participated in intense lectures for various workshops conducted at national & international levels.

He has executed many fashion shows in collaboration with the eminent Indian fashion designers. He has interest in wearable technology for

apparels and has worked for Indian Railways in developing an electronic jacket for the cabin drivers. He also provides his consultancy in visual merchandising to industrialists and has participated in reverse buyer meet held at Bhopal (M.P) and C.I.I. He has also developed the course content for various Govt. agencies like MSME and National Skill Development Centers. His areas of interests include Textile Science, Technical Textiles, Computer Aided Designing, Graphic Designing, Digital Pattern Making (TUKA TECH & OPTITEX) Fashion Forecasting, Elements of Design and Fashion Shows.

Vinit is a Mechanical Engineer and a Product Designer from MIT Institute of Design. He has worked in Larsen & Toubro Pvt. Ltd. in the Heavy Engineering Department at Powai, Mumbai as a Mechanical Engineer

His academic interests lie in form studies, product development and biomimicry. He is also trained in parametric modelling software.

He is a keen nature observer and admirer. Wildlife Photography is his passion and now it is his serious hobby. He wishes to leverage his knowledge of nature with his design skills and then couple it with the strength of parametric modelling to design and create.

He strongly believes that sound and its form are not mutually exclusive, one is the mere manifestation of the other in a different domain. His is working on how sound can be reparametrized into three-dimensional domain, which will help him make tangible products from sound.

Pranali Shah, graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Design as a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design (Communication Design). She completed her Masterʼs Degree at Liverpool John Moores University with a specialisation in Graphic Design and Illustration. During the Masterʼs Degree, she was absorbed in research that gave her insight into Emotional Aspects of Design.

She has worked as a Freelancer on varied projects under Branding & Identity Design as well as Publication Design. Apart from her designing pursuit she enjoys creative writing and expresses through poetry. She also enjoys hand-stitch binding, travelling and learning about different cultures.

She has now joined MIT Institute of Design as a Faculty Fellow in Graphic Design.

Hemant Wangikar has done Masters In computer applications from Bharti Vidyapeeth ,He has been into mobile game development industry ,developing mobile games and apps from few years.

He started working on Unity Engine from 5 years , Made augmented reality apps for industry.

He has been doing innnovative and creative real world Augmented reality applications using cloud anchors , realitime social platforms which helps creating a unified social platform for AR.

His interest include Augmented reality, Mixed Reality, Visual Effects with particles ,Programmming & Making Interactive Virtual Reality Applicationss.

Debasis Haldar is working as Faculty Fellow in User Experience Design. He is a Master of Science in Physiology with Human Factors Engineering. His areas of research and teaching are Physical Ergonomics, Cognitive Ergonomics, Human Computer Interaction, Occupational Health and Safety, Ergonomic Design, Bio-mechanics, Data Analytics and Task Analysis. Debasis is conversant with different human factors engineering subjects which are essential for user experience design. He introduces himself as highly self-motivated teaching professional having strong capabilities in cross-functional team co-ordination with an eye for details. The natural abilities in him add to his abilities in integrating the diverse nature of his profile.

Pursuing PhD in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing System from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai.

Master of Science in Physiology with specialization in Ergonomics and Occupational Physiology from university of Kalyani, West Bengal.

He joins MIT Institute of Design as a lecturer. He has a Masters in Fine Arts from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He comes with an experience of 7 years in photography and painting. He then worked as a lecturer in the subjects of sketching, portraits, landscapes, photography and model making which included architectural and POP models.

He has worked on a product design project for Laxmi Dairy, Hubli developing packaging for its products such as milk, butter milk and ghee.

He is familiar with medias such as oil on canvas, pastels, water color on paper, wall painting. wood sculpture, paper mache etc.

He also secured admission at leading U.S. university with scholarship for Nano Engineering and did not pursue due to personal reasons.

He says all these were possible by him because of the sheer effort of his Guruji who caught and coached him while he was young.

Saili Sonar is a designer with Bachelor of Design from University of Pune and Masters in Interior Architecture & Design from CEPT University Ahmedabad. She is a Space Designer and has done her specialisation in the domain of Craft and Technology which includes Color Design as well. She has presented and published research papers in the field of Color in Interior Architecture in the journal of International Color Association (AIC) and other platforms. Her inclination lies towards space design as a holistic domain, research, design thinking processes and human centric design approach.

Her professional experience comprises of working with Architects in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Pune.

Saili was involved as a researcher with an international color and trend design studio for a paint company. She has worked as a design mentor and researcher with Tata Consultancy Services in collaboration with MIT Media labs Boston.

Saili is involved with INTACH and is an active member with respect to its works and events.

Ravindra Bachate is an Assistant Professor of User Experience Design. He is a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering. His areas of research and teaching are Data Analytics, Web Application Design, System Architecture and Database Design, Windows Application Design, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Big Data Management and Hadoop, Ravindra is conversant with different computer engineering subjects which are essential for user experience design.
