Our local Inglewood Branch Library is holding its first Spring Book Drive during National Library Week, April 7-13. As part of your spring cleaning, we are asking our neighbors to cull your bookshelves and donate any books you are ready to part with. All you have to do is drop your books off in one of our donation boxes conveniently located at area businesses throughout East Nashville. Drop-off locations: • Sip Cafe • Dose • East Nashville Beer Works • YMCA • The Inglewood Branch Library, of course! Just keep a look out for boxes with the blue Friends of the Library flyer! All book donations are appreciated and all donated books will be sorted and used for Inglewood’s summer book sale in June. Proceeds of the sale go toward supporting community programs and beautification efforts at the library.
