Learn Tai Chi

Jen-Jen Lin from Chinese Arts Alliance will be teaching Tai Chi (TaiJi Quan) which translates as “supreme ultimate fist” and is originated from Chinese martial arts. Tai Chi moves gently with a calm mind, it is nicknamed “Meditation in Motion.” It is based on the theory of Yin and Yang, and finds the balance of body and mind. In this workshop, we will learn the basic breathing, standing, stepping, Tai Chi moves and exercises.
