The booths will be ready on the evening of June 5th 5 PM. Meanwhile
you can start making preparations for the booth.

Here's what we will provide:

BOOTH DETAILS: Pre-Fabricated Stalls
Stall of size 3 mtr X 2 Mtr (The back wall will be of 3 meter and the
sidewalls will be of 2 meter.)
Height of Booth: 8.5 feet
Size of table: Height is .85 meter. Dimensions of table is 1 Meter and
depth is 1/2 meter

Facilities:
One Table
Two Chairs
3 spotlight, 1 power point.
Fascia: Company name will be displayed on the booth

Lunch facilities would be available at the venue. The cost of per
plate would be approximately Rs 50.
One Breakfast & One Lunch coupon would be given to the CEO/ Founder of
the company for CEO-VC breakfast & lunch roundtable.

Booth positions will be assigned based on the alphabetical order of
company names. (Tentative floor plan is attached. Booth allocations
will be made during first week of June)
Also attached are some pictures for your reference. Booth would be
made available on the evening of June 5, 2009. Kindly set up the booth
between 5 PM and 9 PM on June 5th.
You are requested to arrive no later than 8.30 AM on June 6th.

Please note:
Any display material, promotional kits like pamphlets / posters can be
stuck on the inner-walls of the stall with double-sided foam tape.
Nails / screws are not allowed.
Any participating company is allowed to have additional visibility
through display of banners anywhere within the premises of the event
(except in front of stalls of other participating companies).
Safeguarding of your belongings such as items for booth decoration,
electronics gadgets, personnel belongings etc is solely your
responsibility. We will note be held responsible for your belongings
incase of theft, loss, damage etc.

Some ideas for the booth:
Your primary goal will be to attract people to your both.
1) Firstly, we recommend people at the booth (your company
representatives) are as active as possible and talk to every visitor
in a cordial manner.
2) You may have a small projector and use the panel wall as the screen
to showcase company presentation
3) You may wish to use LCD panels as well
4) You may think of some games, quizzes and give out goodies (Tshirt,
cap, pen etc) every half an hour or one hour.
5) Please come with the mindset that yours should be the best stall
over there. Please note, best stall need not mean heavy investment for
planning. It only means there are several creative ways with zero-
budgets that one can think of to attract crowd.
6) There would be 5000 visitors (moving crowd) visiting the stalls.
You may need three or four company representatives to engage the crowd
through out the day. You may have different teams and take turns
during the day.
7) We would suggest the founders/ CEO to keep themselves free from the
booth activities. They would best utilize the time by networking with
investors, other CEOs and potential partners/ customers.
