insyaAllah berkaitan rakaman infud, Lajnah Informasi  dan Multimedia ada buat rakaman...insyaAllah saya akan dapatkan rakaman tersebut untuk diedit dan dimasukkan dalam Dvd..bila editing da siap saya akan hantar dvd tu kepada ustaz..insyaAllah saya cuba siapkan secepat mungkin bila saya sudah dapat rakaman daripada LIM Rakan Masjid..untuk rakaman daripada ITMS, saya kena tanya kepada ITMS terlebih dahulu..terima kasih

InFUD yang lepas pun saya tak terima sampai hari ini. Padahal acara
sangat sukses ! Harap yang ini tidak berulang ....

Sebaiknya RM yg lead event ni dapatkan copy event ni utk letak kat
ISLAMICA tanpa menunggu. Boleh dikatakan semua event yg kita dah buat
secara berjaya tak ada dokumentasinya di 'markaz' kita sendiri.
Sebabnya ? Kebanyakan kali bila kita minta rakamannya , jawabannya
adalah NANTI .

Strength

-collaboration of almost all clubs in UTP, therefore enough support in terms of manpower and promotion.

Weaknesses

-the event was held on the last week of study, so a lot of test and replacement class going on. For your information, on the event day itself, The Chronicler was held at the same time at Undercroft. Thus crowd is less.

-Others IPTA and IPTS academic calendar is not the same as us as they have their final exam early.

Improvement

-If possible, next time include students from others IPTA and IPTS

-the event should be organised after the mi-sem break as student will be free around that time.

[Panggunan Ramanathan]

1 problem i had was lack of committee...its quite difficult to use club members as they are busy with club works..my suggestion is that during next infud, why don't infud have committee recruitment by itself..this way it will be easier to organize and handle the department.
