Help Finding a Venue?

Hey BAIO,

So, our upcoming event is going to be an evening talk with Megan Prelinger, co-founder of the Prelinger Library on Thursday Nov 5. Her talk is going to focus on her work around the history of aerospace advertising and should be awesome.

Short a venue, and looking for a place to host the talk. Looking for room for 40-50 people, with AV. Anyone got some office space, spare theater space, or otherwise? Would be hugely grateful and happy to return the favor in the form of tours, shipping container field guides, drinks, whatever.
