Infrastructure Class @ UC Davis

Hi BAIO!

We're just picking up the pieces from MacroCity last weekend, and more tours/events will be coming soon. So, stay tuned!

In the meanwhile, MacroCity co-organizer and BAIO member Xiaowei Wang is bringing together a class at UC-Davis this summer around infrastructure and mapping. They're looking for a few more students to make it happen - attaching some details from her below (and the flyer), if there's interest.

It's a 4 credit class and we are going to take lots of field trips (and spend time in lab). It'll be really fun, but like most things you don't know until you try :)

TuTh 12-6pm. 

The class is part of the landscape arch. department at Davis. Attached is the flyer. If you ever wanted to learn how to make cool maps but additionally how we use data and maps to manage and design landscapes, this class is for you.
