This is a formal notification of a 23-mile long, 300-foot high assessed property values inspection of selected business improvement districts. The purpose of this inspection is to observe how the private sector fills the cracks in municipal services. Please plan accordingly as there will be many privately-contracted security guards along the way. Lights, bike, and property deeds all highly recommended.
