ARROYO SECO PARKWAY PEDESTRIANIZATION
This is a formal notification of a 5-mile long walking (BY FOOT NOT BIKE) inspection of the Arroyo Seco Parkway in partnership with Carlos Agredano (@homeboysdontcry) and Human Resources (@humanresourcesla). The purpose of this inspection is to explore the design of the parkway free from automotive smog. Please plan accordingly as there will be non-MUTCD-compliant entry ramps along the way. Hydration, sun protection, and EPA-approved air quality monitor all highly recommended.
