NOTE: Google Groups' default membership option is "No email updates." To actually get emails, one will have to modify that setting. It is recommended that one choose to receive "each email." It is not recommended choosing the "Abridged" or "Digest" subscriptions. Since only one message is sent out per inspection, the number of received messages will not be any fewer, but they will possibly arrive in the intended inbox after the inspection has already occurred. Also one should be checking their spam folder for their first receipt of a Notice of Inspection upon first signing up .
