Dearmost All,

I guess everyone of you would have got a get-together initiation mail from our all time favorite friend Rajesh Kumar Chandru. Most of us responded to his initiation. So as for now we have some suggestive date and place for the gathering.

Lets Call this gathering "CoGo - 2013".

We all know that we were sharing the same classroom for just 4 years. Its merely a 6% of our life time. But the memories, we carry about those 4 years resides in our hearts forever un-erasable and invaluable. we shared joy, happiness, sorrow, love, dining plates, dresses even bathrooms. And some of our friends even shared the same pen for writing a Exam. We are not the same anymore. All our lives changed, from "boys and girls" now we all become "uncles and aunties". In these 5 years gap we came across success, achievements, marriages, kids, few sorrows, major losses. Everything is worth sharing. It will helps others in some or the other way. I feels it a good time for us to have a gathering this year. 

For this meeting "Lunch @ Barbeque Nation, T.Nagar" is choosen as the gathering place.

Lunch in Barbeque will cost around 700INR. If necessary we can also change the gathering place.

Everyone is expected to attend, still the date is not confirmed. I have attached a sheet with the responded attendees and their suggested date. Please enlist your name and date if your name is not yet entered.

Importantly, people who got married are expected to bring their spouse and children :P.

I know, their might be some unavoidable cases, in which you will be eager to participate but you might be out of country/town, have some official trip, so on... For them if possible we can have a Google Hangout call for an hour on the same day. So that friends available online can also participate.

As planned we are going to meet this saturday. I made enquiry with the Barbeque People and made the confirmation of the amount per head.

It will be 867 per head for the Dinner on Saturday(27th of July).

I have informed to the hotel that i will confirm the solid numbers in people within this evening, so people who haven't responded to the previous call please do it right now. So that the all the reservations can be done now and there wont be any hassles in the end. And for those who have already confirmed can also look in to the list and if u feel, someone is missing and if u could make them attend the event that would be great.

Coming to the Billing section, we have Rs. 867 per head, someone please come-up with a idea who is going to incharge of collecting the money and handle the billing section.

Make the confirmations ASAP.

It's a beautiful morning and we are eager to meet each other this evening. But there is slight change in the plan. The booking for today's dinner was closed in barbeque. So we have other place which is also similar to the previous one. Basera in ECR. SO everyone get ready let's all meet at Basera at 6:30 this evening.
