Customer Support Executive:
• Inbound Customer Service
• Program provides support to customers through voice and email
• Support Edge Premium cases (customers with a higher level of support agreement) cases
• Provide Services to customers seeking support on services, products.
• Work closely with Technical Support Engineers, and cross-functional teams to support customer needs
• Coordination with logistic companies and field support companies to support customer needs

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-
1) The candidate should be a Graduate in any field from a recognized institution/university or undergraduate with min.6months of intl. BPO experience.
2) Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.

2)Technical Support Engineers (server Support)
Job Description:
The candidate’s role is a “customer-facing” role, i.e. the first point of contact for all enterprises that use the products.
Customers will require assistance with a wide range of queries, including:
T/S on Windows 2003, 2008, 2008r2, SCCM, SCMON, Win XP, Vista, Win7, Exchange 2007, IIS, ISA, SharePoint. These also include Cluster 2003, Cluster 2008, Hyper V, WDS, NLB & PKI.
The candidate would have to deal with international customers, vendors, clients. This would be in a 24/7 environment.
Eligibility :
Ø Should be a graduate/Undergraduate <Engineers preferred>
Ø MCP (70/290) <Required> or MCITP / MCSE <Preferred> Certification (any one Paper of Windows Server 2003 / 2008-R2).
Prior experience in Windows Server Support.
Basic Network Communication Knowledge.
Understanding of Windows 2003 & 2008 – R2.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain Environment.
