Kindly go through the mail below from the company and prepare yourself accordingly.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all to RealMile's Online Programming Test. Last week we had sent out online registration form for the test and oh boy!, it was an overwhelming response!
We at RealMile are 20 plus team of highly skilled and self motivated ‘Engineers'. Yes! you heard it right - “Engineers!”. We don’t have Managers and we don’t need one cause we all love what we do. We are hackers who only work on cutting edge technologies and are constantly research on new ways to do stuff. Most importantly we won’t bore you to death. :-)
We have come to this place because we think that, as a fresh graduate, you bring in a lot of innovative ideas and enthusiasm, that is what we are looking for. We believe that you have got immense potential that cannot be trapped into academic numbers. We would like to give you the opportunity to showcase your talent by appearing for this Programming Test and solve challenging problem statements with your choice of programming language.

Before you start wondering about the Programming Test, I would like to give you some details so that it doesn't come to you as a surprise.
We are going to conduct two tests:
1. Online Programming Test - 4 Hours
2. Brain Teaser Test - 20 Minutes
Online Programming Test Details
· This will be an online test. Your college has arranged computers and internet connection for you.
· Duration of the test is 4 hours which means you will have to complete the test in 4 hours at a stretch once you click “Start” button.
· Test contains 5 programming assignments -
· Results will be decided by the system based on if your code gives the expected output and satisfies all the test cases.
· You get to select the programming language of your choice for solving the assignments. Languages include C, C++, Java, Javascript, PHP, Python and many more.
System Requirements
· Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox browser (This will be pre-installed on your computer by your college system admin).
· Good internet connection during test.
Programming Test Platform (MUST READ AND BE PREPARED)
We use a platform called HackerRank for these tests and it will be a help to get familiar with it before you take the test.
You can visit - https://www.hackerrank.com and try to take different public programming challenges there. Also you can try these warm up tests that will save a lot of time for you during actual test https://www.hackerrank.com/domains/algorithms/warmup
Click solve on any of the challenges there. At the bottom you will see the programming area. On the right you can select the language of your choice. We suggest you take at least below two sample tests before appearing for Programming Test.

Below important notes will make you aware of DOs and DON'TS with this platform.
Important Notes
1. Once you enter your login details and hit the 'Start' button, your timer starts and you cannot pause it (even if you try to close the browser)
2. If you accidentally close your browser you can come back to the same link and start the test from where you had left. All your progress is automatically saved.
3. Please DO NOT try to copy someone else's code. The system automatically detects any plagiarism attempt. If the system finds you guilty, you and the candidate who shared the code (detected origin) will be immediately disqualified and banned for all future tests.
4. We will be continuously monitoring the test progress on our computers.
5. Please DO NOT consult or discuss with your neighbors during test, you are allowed to browse internet as required to solve the problem statements.
6. Please DO NOT open any link/website that is not related to the test. Only the hackerrank link and any website/link that you intend to use to obtain needed information for solving problem statement. You will be disqualified if internet access is misused during test.
7. Our representatives will be working closely with your college staff for smooth operation.
In the next couple of days you will receive an automated invite for the test on your registered email ids. The email should have -
1. Name and duration of the test
2. Login (which is your registered email id) and password
3. Direct link to the test
NOTE: Please do not lose this email information, keep the email safe! Without this email you cannot give Programming Test. Batches will be allocated and communicated to you before the actual test.
You can go to the link but cannot start the test until the scheduled time. Do check your inbox and spam folder in case if you don't find it in your inbox. Brain Teaser Test Details
· This will be an online test which will have 50 objective questions.
· The duration of the test will be 20 minutes.
System Requirements
· Any browser
This Online Programming test is scheduled on Saturday, 04th July 2015 @ 9.00 AM. We will communicate the entire test schedule to your Training and Placement Officer by Friday.
Note:- Students who are eligible and don’t attend interviews would be blacklisted from further interview calls.
Students should be in dress code decided by the college and should carry their ID cards,3 copies of Resumes,Xerox copies of marksheets,originals,passport size 3 photographs.They should also carry photo identity cards with them like license etc.
