We are a start up with 50 employees and are on an expansion mode right now. We are a product as well as a software development firm on domain of Telematics, Internet Of Things (IOT) and Machine Learning; having high aspirations to grow and believing that we can change the world. We are in market presence since last 8 years and are ready to create a mark. We have already a product named as ITAC which is based on GPS vehicle tracking and tracing and mainly emphasizes in Safety, Security and Convenience of the passengers travelling in the vehicle as well as the owner of the vehicle. ITAC is co branded as 'Keltron-iTAC' and we are in exclusive collaboration with Keltron - a Govt. PSU.

Job Description
Position – Junior Software Engineer
Exp – Fresher’s
No of positions - 30
Qualification – BTECH / Mtech / MCA with NO Standing ARREARS AT ALL .
Prerequisites – Should have sound knowledge of Oops Concepts
Job Location - Trivandrum
Remuneration
There are 2 phases
(a) 3 months Performance assessment
Stipend – Rs.10000
(b) After completing performance assessment
Salary – Rs.13000 (Rs.10000 – Fixed & Rs.3000 – Variable pay)
Mandatory clause -
1. All selected candidates will have to sign 1yr commitment agreement, which would be legally valid. No security deposit needed, The educational certificates will be with us till this 1yr time as security.
2. Salary Split - 70% Fixed & 30% Variable (Variable depends upon the monthly target achievement and performance)
