JEMPUTAN MENYAKSIKAN PERTANDINGAN THREE MINUTE THESIS (3MT) PERINGKAT USM
Dengan hormatnya perkara di atas dirujuk.
2. Untuk makluman tuan/puan, pihak Universiti akan mengadakan pertandingan 3MT peringkat universiti secara atas talian. 3MT adalah pertandingan komunikasi penyelidikan yang dibangunkan oleh University of Queensland. Pelajar peringkat Doktor Falsafah diperuntukkan masa selama tiga minit untuk menjelaskan projek dan penemuan penyelidikan mereka secara tuntas kepada penonton yang bukan pakar dalam penyelidikan pelajar. Pertandingan ini akan dibahagikan kepada tiga kategori Kejuruteraan & Teknologi, Sains dan Sains Sosial. Pemenang peringkat USM akan dipilih untuk mewakili universiti ke peringkat kebangsaan.
3. Berikut adalah maklumat yang berkaitan pertandingan untuk perhatian semua:
Tarikh : 5 Mei 2026 (Selasa)
Masa : 9:30 pagi - 1:00 petang

4. Tuan/puan berpeluang memenangi hadiah misteri dengan menghantar undian People Choice Award. People Choice Award adalah kategori anugerah yang diberikan kepada peserta pertandingan yang mendapat undian tertinggi daripada penonton. Sila saksikan pertandingan ini esok bagi mengetahui tatacara untuk menghantar undian.
Kehadiran semua pihak adalah sangat dihargai dan pihak IPS mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih di atas sokongan yang akan diberikan bagi menjayakan pertandingan ini.

2. For your information, the University will be hosting the university-level 3MT competition online. The 3MT is a research communication competition developed by the University of Queensland. Ph.D students are given three minutes to present their research projects and findings succinctly to an audience that is not specialized in their field. This competition will be divided into three categories: Engineering & Technology, Science, and Social Science. The winner at the USM level will be selected to represent the university at the national level.
3. Below is the relevant information for your attention:
Date : 5 May 2026 (Tuesday)
Time : 9:30 A.M- 1:00 P.M

4. You have the chance to win a mystery prize by submitting your vote for the People’s Choice Award. The People’s Choice Award is a category given to the competition participant who receives the highest votes from the audience.
