Find the Impact Factor and Quartile of a Journal in Web of Science!

1. Go to USM Library (lib.usm.my) > Off Campus Login > Search the list of resources > Journal Citation Report JCR - Clarivate Analytics
2. Key in the journal name or ISSN/e-ISSN
3. Choose JCR Year (The determination of the Quartile and Impact Factor of a publication is based on the previous JCR Year, for example, refer to JCR Year 2023 for publication year 2024)
4. Refer to Journal Impact Factor (JIF), not Journal Citation Indicator (JCI)

*Note: For your information, the JIF and Quartile information for JCR Year 2025 will be released in July 2026. Therefore, for the period of January to June 2026, the JIF and Quartile information displayed in e-Publication USM are JCR Year 2024.
