An Interview with Mr. Zeeshan Sajwani
at Souvenir Interview Show of Convention 2006
----------------------------------------------------------------

Eating sugar-free donuts and brownies with ketchup sauce (surprising combination and looks he care about diet), disordered hairstyle directing skies, wearing pure white shirt and back dotted trousers with an old core-belty. Polished shinning shoes with pure white unders (impressive but school socks), wearing attractive and expensive wrist watch (likely convinced with women wear), concentrating on two baby girls playing on the floors near canteen area of Convention Club. WE CAUGHT HIM.

We caught someone who was appeared in knowledge to interview chairman of the young business forum but he never knew that it was his own interview in Souvenir Interview Show of Convention 2006.

Hello Sajwani, this is Deepa Lehri, and I am Ozaipha Akhund, said Akhund.
Hi, I am Zeeshan Sajwani, do we know each other? Sajwani asked.
Yes Mr. Sajwani, we know each other; and I know you are here to take interview of our chairman. We are already late! Shall we proceed? Akhund requested.
Sure, I am here waited for some twenty minutes. Said Sajwani.

And we took him to the hall where members of the convention committee were waiting anxiously to hear and experience the nature and science of Zeeshan Sajwani. He was very smart and understood the game when we asked him to sit on hot-seat and we seated on interviewer’s chairs. He smiled and asked “I want to see Dua Memon or Sonia Sundrani, can I speak to them?” We directed him towards camera and said there they are.

Shall we proceed with your interview? Said Deepa.
Sajwani: I am not prepared for this and why me for this interview? I am prepared with a question paper but not an answer sheet. He smiled.

Don’t you worry Mr. Sajwani; we know you will be more natural without preparation. Let’s start with an introduction. Mr. Sajwani, Deepa will read you little introduction now, please correct if she is wrong anywhere. Said Akhund.

Deepa: Zeeshan Mansoor Ali Sajwani, A Libra born 4th October 1982, came to Karachi all the way from Balouchistan in search of standardized education system and career opportunities during his school-hood in 1994. He started his battle from a villager to a speaker, a speaker to an ideal of many; and an ideal to a banker till today. God knows he will be a doctor or an engineer the other day. Deepa smiled. And he was our first interviewee for the Souvenir Interview Show of Convention 2006.

Let’s start the game. Said Akhund.

We have many questions to ask you Sajwani, but let’s start with one. Before we start asking you load of questions, let’s see how do you introduce yourself? Asked Akhund
Sajwani: I am a simple living man with small dreams like others do have. I believe in humanity and trust that we can build together for each other.  I believe in live life which is full of dreams and visions. They should have capacity for both practical and non-practical thoughts and visions.

What made you appear in to the public speaking sector? To whom do you follow and who is your ideal? Asked Akhund.
Sajwani: I don’t need to follow others. I march on my own drum beats. But I should quote that when I came to Karachi, I met a person to whom I went impress. I wanted to speak like him and I wanted to be like him. It was inspiration but I never allowed those inspirations be a copy or footsteps.

Do you still meet him or your ideal has been changed? Asked Deepa.
Sajwani: I told you earlier that it was never idealism but I took inspiration and learned allot from him. Of-course we are still in touch and infect we conduct many events together. Recently we had a conference together.

Your history, profile and background explains that you have been in this field for so many year, what make you get into financial sector? Asked Deepa.
Sajwani: Deepa, you know what.  Speaking is my passions and I do but for sure I need something else too. Tell you the fact, when I was interviewed I was not willing to join it, but some of my people reflected that they want me there, I motivated myself and join the circle. And I am happy with the bank job.

You said “some of your people”, is it personal? Laughed Deepa.
Sajwani: Might be, he replied and said not exactly but my family people. He smiled.

Instead of joining the banking job, why you did not think to bring an idea to create a difference and why there is no Dale-Train Consultants, we heard. Said Deepa.
Sajwani: I believe it’s better to have one idea that works than having hundred ideas that won’t' work. I said earlier that bank job is a bank job. Speaking and presentations are my passions and by now I am not convinced to make it my first job but maybe you never know. As far as Dale-Train Consultants, it is still there and conducting corporate events.

Talking about your style, which is very unique. How have you made it? Said Deepa.
Sajwani: Deepa, it’s not about making of a style. It’s natural. My style of speaking is not manufactured or bought. It’s from within. It’s absolutely natural.

What makes you unique from others? Said Akhund
Sajwani: I have four eyes, two nose and three ears. (Big laugh).  Tell you something that I’m not different than others but yes now there is something and that is that I have a sense of individuality that unique from others.

What future do you see in this field and how new generation can be benefited through opportunities? Said Deepa.
Sajwani: Well, I trust that public speaking is never been a field. It is a part of every industry. Infect it is the core everywhere. It is all about confidence that is required in every field. Life is going very tough but still opportunities are there in the competition. Only those people will be bale to meet these competitions who are good communicator and everyone cannot be a good communicator.

We will try to make it very short but a few of questions are left. Referring to you latest speech “Life is like a pregnancy”, we found that you have more focus on solutions than problems. You spoke that one should concentrate on his or her problem in favor to get rid of it. Can you please explain this philosophy? Asked Deepa.
Sajwani: That’s a bit difficult question. See, there is no one in the world who is free from problems. Everyone has his own set of difficulties. It is the natural phenomena that if you try to avoid your problem, you cannot get rid of it. You have to face it. Meet you problem and greet it with confidence but not guilty. Study deep about your problem and find the main cause of it. Sometimes you are punished for what you have not done. Don’t guilty yourself. Study the problem and you will come to know that there were only reasons that it happened. The reason was never you.

During the last week convention, you spoke on The Seventh Sense. Participants observed that your presentation was directing anti-women senses. Please elaborate? Asked Akhund.
Sajwani: No, I don’t agree. It wasn’t exactly like that. I did speak but I never said anti-women theories and why would I? Infect I am man (Big Laugh).  I made some jokes and I apologize if I hurt anyone.

Convention members are waiting for next week convention show. You commit to speak on “Discovery of God who believe in you” what is it about? Asked Akhund.
Sajwani: It is nothing but all about commitments, faith, trust, sin and forgiveness. We will be debating on a great scope of spirituality in our daily life. It will be comprises of various mind sciences exercises to get rid of all kinds of problems.

Do you want to give any message to the today’s convention participants? Asked Deepa.
Sajwani: Almost all here are young and energetic. I tell you that you should all focus on opportunities and find happiness which is all about finding the one right soul mate. Go! Find your life and share your life because life has many problems and opportunities that you cannot meet alone. (Big laugh)

Zeeshan, here is the last question. It is little personal but if you like you may answer? When are you getting married? Asked Akhund with a big smile.
Sajwani: Oh my God! I thought you will ask something which I am afraid of, but this question is very fine. I’ll be getting married probably in some next three to four years and that’s it.

Don’t you think it is too much? Please don’t tell us that you have not found any soul mate till now? Asked Deepa
Sajwani: Smiled, laugh and said, No Deepa, still waiting for someone but not now please. May be in some next three four years or maybe earlier than that.

Thank you very much Mr. Zeeshan Sajwani. Thanks once again.
Deepa Lehri and Ozepha Akhund
