Emma issue

So I posted a question in the emma forum about our issue last night:

One developer actually response really fast and gave a pretty good
answer. However, being honest, I still don't really understand his
answer. It seems a little too technical, but I will try to see what I
can do with that.

What I really want to say is, if we can't get this emma ctl tool
working, we should probably just exclude the emma from the
verify.build.xml, and run it separately using the old way of shutting
down tomcat. I want to focus more on stuff like the tree-map, getting
info from hackystat, etc.

Exactly. I poked around with it for an hour after you left last night and I think it's a waste of our time at this point - since the whole purpose of the verify is to save us time.
