OBO Metadata Ontology (OMO) release 2020-05-05

Hi Everyone,

OBO Foundry Operation Committee decided to separate the metadata OWL file from Information Artifact Ontology (IAO). An independent ontology, OBO Metadata Ontology (OMO), is registered to OBO Foundry and will hold the terms used as annotations of ontology terms for all OBO ontologies.

The first OMO release is available: 

- latest release OWL: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/omo.owl

- versioned OWL: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/omo/2020-05-08/omo.owl
