Positive energy is important as it helps with the conditions of
receipient and wellness of relationship around care giver.
The following is some information for anyone who is caring for

Beware of CO-DEPENDENCY
Beware of Super Hero Sydromes not limited to the following:
- Receipient need me more than others
- Receipient cant cope with other but me
- Only I know best of receipient's needs and want
- I must be there every moment with receipient
- Constantly feeling anxieties, worries about receipient
- No one understand more than me
- Only I am able to give the best
- It is my fault that receipient is frustrated, angry or agitated
- It is my fault I could not bring joy and happiness to receipient
- I must rush to receipient if slight needs occurs while in care of
others' sibling
- Getting angry, frustration etc towards others
and more...
Checklist of burn out not limited to the following:
- Feeling emotion such as anger, frustration
- Feeling of unjust done to you
- Bout of crying
- Feeling like breaking free from the receipient (receipient is
person
who you care for)
- Losing of direction in life
- Start thinking about question of life is meaningless
- Losing zest in life
- Mind occupying completely on receipient
- Felt helpless about what cant be control
- Constantly seeking control from other venue
- and more
Precaution measures from burn out as a Care Giver not limit to the
following:
- Do relaxation techniques
- Detachment especial emotionally, physically
- Talk a stroll at the beach or garden
- Designate personal quiet time
- Designate social time with close friends and family
- Care and love self
- Doing something you like which you have missed so much and more....
