Common things people do when they open their eyes in the morning:
- Some would felt it as a chores to wake up as it is another day as
they do not know what to do then it is just another day or
- Some wake up with highly charged energy with expectations,
hope,motivation within them or
- Some rush to go along to do their daily tasks or
- Some do focusing before the start of day etc
Tips to a fruitful mindset:
1. Do not get out of bed too fast
2, Do not let the anxieties of what you need to accomplish set in
your mind and heart
3. Do some relaxation techniques such as saying this to yourself
after taking a few breath " As I breath, I feel peace" or " As I
breath, I felt charged up with motivation" repeat anyone of the
statement for a few times and do it slowly with conviction. You will
discover that your mind reshift to better relaxation with mental
clarity.
