seminar starts on 22 December and ends on 24 December. I'll appreciate if
this information is provided as requested. The programme will provide
transport, accommodation and meals to all confirmed participants. For

1. where you will come from. From each destination students will be encouraged to use one car which will be fuel refunded.

2. provide cellphone contacts so that we can quickly follow up in case of urgent queries

2. Students will be required to make a presentation of your research or proposal, in which case you need to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and an abstract for proceedings.
