 Kindly find the two attachments containing the data related
  to the Graduation Day to be held on 30.04.2014 between 10 am
  and 12 noon.
  All the registered graduands are requested to re-register
  their presence at 9.00 am in the college premises .
  The instructions and invitation are attached for your kind
  perusal.
  The registration for participation in the Graduation
  Ceremony  should be completed on or before 28.04.2014
