Priciple :- "Water neither be created nor be destroyed but it can be
transformed into one form to another".

Explanation:- The whole amount of water of earth or universe always
remains constant, but the ratio of physical forms of
water(ice(solid),liquid and gas) may varies from one place to
another.Temperature is the main factor which causes the variation of
distribution of water.Temperature depends of many factors like more
industrialization, vehicle pollution, uneven distribution of plants
topography etc.

So there is no need to save every drop of water but there is an urgent
need to maintain the ratio of distribution of water on the earth or
universe.
