SSDF feed segments missing lastReadingTime since 8th September outage

Since an outage on 8th September the SSDF2+ feeds are missing lastReadingTime in segments...

should be something like:

A few segments do have an out of date lastReadingTime:

SSDF2 has been returning bad data since 8th September (reported directly on the 24th).

Here's an example from a request at 20:00 tonight (2015-11-19 07:00 UTC).

lastReadingTime is either missing or out of date and totalVolume is often zero.

No, it returns data but all speed/volume data within the segments is 0

just tested now at 7.39 ( tuesday 15/12)
