NZTA Feed access problem

Hi there,

We are trying to access the traffic information feed using our credentials but keep getting the following error message:

<faultcode>Server</faultcode>

<faultstring>A problem was encountered while fulfilling your request. Please try again later.</faultstring>

Can you please advise us what's wrong here?
