Assalaamu Alaykum WRWB dear community members,
We start with the praise of Allah (swt) and peace and blessings upon our beloved prophet Muhammad.
As the blessed month of Ramadan is at the doorsteps and we await the announcements, we like to send out a few information about the activities at the Masjid. Please see the flyer attached.
Please note that Al Aqsa Masjid goes by global moon sighting for the start of new Islamic month and follows the guidelines and direction of the Assembly of Muslims Jurists of America (AMJA). We expect to hear from them late afternoon to early evening today, insha'Allah. We will utilize all communication channels to send out the announcement as soon as it becomes available.
We are reminded that the dua of a fasting person is special in the eyes of Allah (swt). As we make dua for ourselves and our families, do not forget to make dua for the Ummah of Rasulullah (peace and blessings be upon him) as we face many challenges and dua for the entire humanity that may Allah bring peace and justice to all, Ameen!
O Allah, let us reach the month of Ramadan!!
